PORTLAND, Ore (December 30, 2021) — Ride with GPS, the most trusted community for creating and finding your next great ride, today announced a partnership with professional mountain athlete, Anton Krupicka, for 2022.
Krupicka is well-known for his proclivity for endurance pursuits. Since 2006, he has successfully raced many mountain ultramarathons around the world, earning wins at prestigious events like the grueling Leadville 100 (twice), the Miwok 100K, the Rocky Raccoon 100 Miler, the Collegiate Peaks 50 Miler, the White River 50 Miler (also twice), the High Mountain 50k and and the Estes Park Marathon along the way.
An injury in 2015 led to a diversification of his interests beyond running into rock and alpine climbing, ski mountaineering and adventure cycling. By now, Krupicka is a prolific cyclotourist, and enjoys the self-reliant and self-powered lifestyle that bikes enable, whether that means a multi-day tour or daily pedaling to the grocery store, climbing crag, or local trailhead.
The Ride with GPS team of Global Ambassadors share a mission to build a global community of riders who create and share routes, discover new adventures, and go on better rides, more often. As an avid cyclotourist with a passion for adventure, Krupicka fits right in.
