Vanessa ten Hoff Named Chief Innovation Officer at Vittoria Group

Vittoria’s development of the first of its kind Bicycle Tyre Innovation Center with the Cycling Experience Park, uniting Vittoria’s global R&D and innovation team will be the responsibility of the new CIO.

Brembate, Italy, 22nd April 2021— Vittoria Group welcomes Vanessa ten Hoff as Chief Innovation Officer to its leadership team. Ten Hoff joins with more than 18 years of experience in the household appliances industry in various international senior leadership roles, covering Product Innovation & Development, Brand & Digital Marketing.

Ten Hoff will lead the global innovation organization of Vittoria Group, famous for breakthroughs in tyre development like ultra-supple cotton casings, graphene-enhanced rubber compounds and 4C construction technologies.  She will work with her teams on new applications, advanced materials and digital solutions to relentlessly improve tyre performance, enhance consumer experiences and find sustainable solutions.

Vanessa ten Hoff is a German executive that has worked for the last 18 years with Indesit Company & Whirlpool Corporation, in various international leadership roles in Product Innovation & Development, Brand & Digital Marketing and Sales. She holds a double master degree of the Vienna University of Economics & Business Administration in Austria, enriched with studies in China (Jiangxi University), Spain (Universidad de Sevilla) and the USA (Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management). Vanessa is active in various sports and lives with her family in Milan.
