Skip Swain, longtime leader with the Live to Play Sports Group, parent company to Norco Bicycles, officially retired as the company's Vice President of Sales on September 30.

Paul Nielsen, who has been with Live to Play Sports (LTP) for over 30 years, will take on the role. Nielsen started as a Customer Service Representative, navigating his way through the company as an Outside Sales Rep, and led the eastern sales before moving Canadian Sales Manager role that he will vacate to succeed Swain.

Swain announced his retirement plans late last year after joining the company in 1979 and is a tough act to follow – but the legendary figure at Norco's Port Coquitlam, BC headquarters is confident Nielsen's promotion is going to help LTP further-strengthen their position in the global bicycle market.

"It is with great pleasure that I pass the torch to Paul. The future is bright for the bicycle business and I am confident Paul's experience and drive will ensure the continued growth and success of our customers, partners and LTP Sports."
