Alta Cycling Group Rolls Out New Beeline Connect Bridge Software

Enhancing retailers connection to new consumers shopping for bicycles online.

KENT, Wash., (September 25, 2020) — Alta Cycling Group, a premier cycling company, is incorporating Beeline Connect's new Bridge software to facilitate a new dealer locators integrated on Diamondback, Redline, IZIP, Haibike and Raleigh websites, to provide added support and improve processes for their authorized dealer network. This added software is free to all Alta Cycling Group qualified dealers.

"By integrating this new software for our dealer network we will better connect riders to our retailers," says Larry Pizzi, CCO of Alta Cycling Group. "Having this new tool for our dealers will give them the ability to keep new and existing customers informed and create a positive buying experience."

The following updates and changes will be made with the implementation of Beeline Bridge for Alta dealers.

Beeline's Bridge software includes a new dynamic Dealer Locator which indicates dealer stocking levels, demo center locations, store operating hours and contact information, while identifying certified Bosch eBike service center retailers. Dealers will have the ability to manage most of this information themselves to ensure accuracy and easily make updates through their Beeline Connect Bridge account.

Additional updates for dealers include compensation for the fulfillment of Alta Cycling Group bikes which will now be paid directly by Beeline at the end of every month. There will no longer be compensation via credit to a dealers Alta Cycling account.

Dealers will also have free access to the Beeline service scheduling platform, providing the opportunity to enhance retailer's service departments efficiency.

Alta is adding a simplified cash compensation payment for authorized and approved Alta dealers that choose to fulfill online sales. This equates to paid, new customer acquisition for the retailer and the opportunity to sell services, accessories and win a new local customer.

This Bridge software will simplify tracking fulfillment and streamline any outstanding claims. Alta Dealers will now be able to create a claim through their Beeline account, in the event of shipping damage or imperfection and the need for a replacement part or a return.
