QBP named new US service, warranty & aftermarket sales partner for enviolo

August 10th, 2020, Amsterdam, The Netherlands — enviolo, the stepless shifting company, has partnered-up with market leader QBP, offering premium aftermarket sales and servicing throughout North America. QBP will be carrying the complete enviolo product range, to both enable US sales and perform all required enviolo service and warranty activities for US bicycle retailers.

This partnership is expected to lead to a level of service that mirrors that of enviolo's European service center and its offering, opening more opportunities and security for OE customers in the North American market.

After years of success with US based direct-to-consumer brands and the Motivate bike share systems, 2020 will be the first year that enviolo will actively engage in the North America retail channel, making bike manufacturers more comfortable in rolling out bikes with enviolo specifications.

The partnership is strengthened through extensive enviolo onboarding and staff training. QBP Vender Brand Support Supervisor, Graham McCall, shares: "enviolo has always been a trusted name in e-bike drivetrains.
