MIPS AB has appointed Karin Rosenthal as new CFO replacing Mats Vikström being the company's interim CFO. Karin Rosenthal currently has the role as Finance Manager at Volati AB (publ) and will assume her new role at MIPS no later than in the beginning of December 2020. Karin Rosenthal will join the company's executive management team.

Karin Rosenthal is currently the Finance Manager at Volati AB (publ) and was previously working as Manager Global Accounting at Klarna Bank AB. Before Klarna Bank AB she was Vice President and CFO at GVP Holding AB and Group Accountant Manager at Fabege AB (publ) and has had leading positions at 3L System Group (publ). Karin Rosenthal has a bachelor's degree from Stockholm University.
