Norman Semmling has been promoted to President & CEO of ABUS USA LLC. (Phoenix, AZ), the home security division of ABUS in the United States. Norman will remain as General Manager of ABUS Mobile Security, Inc. and will continue to oversee the Mobile Security team in Chicago. This strategic change strengthens the ABUS position in North America by creating a stronger working relationship between the two divisions.
In addition, Phil Marmet has been promoted to Sales Director North America for ABUS Mobile Security, Inc. Phil was formerly the Key Accounts – and Sales Manager North America and has been with the company for eight years. "Phil has done a great job and has played a major role in the growth of ABUS in North America and will oversee the team of regional sales managers", said Axel Roesler (Sales and Marketing Director | ABUS KG, Germany).
