FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany — New terrain, new tests. The renowned Eurobike Media Days take place next year in Ötztal, Austria, for the first time. The Bike Republic Sölden will be welcoming the international bike industry from June 16-18, 2020, for the media kickoff to introduce sport-orientated product innovations for 2021.
Two weeks later, the spotlight is on urban mobility as the second edition of the Urban Mobility Media Days by Eurobike run from July 2-3, 2020, at the Messe Frankfurt Agora outdoor area.
"By setting the dates early for our 2020 events, we are helping the industry to plan ahead. We have also selected a good time slot away from the main vacation periods and major bike events, such as the Tour de France. In addition, we are creating new opportunities by opening up the event for all participants," said Head of Eurobike, Stefan Reisinger.
Until now, industry involvement at the Eurobike Media Days was always linked to having a stand at the Lake Constance show. From next year, Messe Friedrichshafen is ending this obligation and offering a multi-layered platform strategy with a range of different participation models. As such, manufacturers whose trade show strategy concentrates primarily on public relations can focus solely on the Eurobike media events. Registration is now open for the Eurobike Media Days and Urban Mobility Media Days.
The sixth edition of the successful Eurobike Media Days hits new terrain in 2020. From June 16-18, Ötztal in Tyrol provides the new setting for sport-orientated highlight products and innovations for 2021. Ötztal positions itself as the ultimate bike nation for locals and guests alike. The Bike Republic Sölden is one of the most ambitious bike projects in the Alps when it comes to diversity, welcoming atmosphere and sustainability. This makes it the ideal location for the Eurobike Media Days. For more information about the venue, go to www.bikerepublic.soelden.com.
Two weeks after the sport-orientated media launch, the Urban Mobility Media Days by Eurobike roll into action to put the latest developments for urban use in the media spotlight. The event’s premier this year clearly demonstrated that the Messe Frankfurt Agora outdoor area and the metropolis on the river Main provide the ideal conditions for media representatives to extensively test new products, talk to manufacturers and produce high-quality photo and video material in an authentic setting.
Eurobike 2019, the leading international trade show, opens to trade visitors for three business days from Sept. 4-6 and for all bike fans on the Eurobike Festival Day on Sept. 7. For more information, go to Eurobike.com and Eurobike Facebook.
