Leading sports nutrition makers seeks events in need of nutrition suppliers

San Francisco, May 14, 2019 -- Science in Sport, an official partner of Team INEOS, USA Cycling, and USA Triathlon, and the force behind 34 medals at the 2016 Rio Olympics is pleased to announce the Grassroots Nutrition Network event sponsorship program.

Through this program, SiS seeks to supply their leading sports nutrition products to summer events of any size. SiS is currently seeking events in the United States that would like to join the network and offer the world's only isotonic energy gel to their participants.

"Making sure that participants are properly fueled throughout an event is key to ensuring that everyone has a good time, arrives at the finish line in a timely manner -- and that they finish feeling excited, and proud of their accomplishments -- not cracked and desperate," said SiS General Manager Tom Santangelo. "We're hoping that by establishing the Grarssroots Nutrition Network program, we can help events without access to top-tier nutrition products give their participants a great day!"

Through this program, SiS is able to offer their Go Isotonic Energy gels -- the world's only gel designed to fuel athletes without causing upset stomachs -- to summer (June, July, and August '19) events of any size in exchange for recognition as energy gel sponsor. SiS is willing to partner with any type of event -- cause rides and runs, cycling events, running events, and triathlons.

In order to request gels through this program, event directors are asked to complete this brief form. All requests will be reviewed within 56 hours.
