OGDEN, Utah (BRAIN) — Robert Choi, the co-founder of Volagi Cycles, was seriously injured after an accident involving a motor vehicle while riding after work Tuesday. The company announced Wednesday that Choi is in coma at a hospital here. The company also said it was shutting down operations indefinitely.
The company has set up a GoFundMe account to help offset hospital and recovery costs.
"At this time we need to focus on getting Robert back on his feet, and hopefully the bike, as soon as possible," the company said on its Facebook page.
