Kitsbow introduces its first women's jersey

Published August 12, 2014

PETALUMA, Calif. (BRAIN) — Upscale mountain bike clothing brand Kitsbow has introduced its first women's top, the All-Mountain Jersey.

"The women's line mirrors our men's line. By that, I mean a dedication to beautiful, technical fabrics, great fit and functional details that become evident as the pieces are worn on the bike — now designed distinctly for the female mountain biker," said Charlie Cronk, Kitsbow designer and co-founder.

Available in black or silver sage, the design was inspired by a classic Henley top, including shaped seams for a flattering, feminine fit, scooped neckline and shaped hem. It's intended to be comfortable, familiar and easy to wear on and off the bike. The fabric is a technical blend of nylon, merino wool and spandex. The jersey has two back cycling pockets with one secure zipper stow-away pocket. Other details include microfiber cloth for sunglass cleaning attached inside the hem of the garment, gripper waistband at the sides and back hem, tech-snap front closure and 3/4-length sleeve with loop tab closure.

The jersey retails for $195.
