Drift HD Ghost offers remote, app connection

LONDON, England (BRAIN) — Drift Innovation's new camera features a wearable remote control, continuous loop recording and an integrated 2-inch LCD screen.

The new camera, called the Drift HD Ghost, is set to ship November 19 and will have a MSRP of $399.

Other features include wifi-enabled communication with smartphones, allowing users to preview and line up shots remotely from a mobile app. The app can change camera settings, shot recording, photo capture and playback. Users also can download content from the camera to the smartphone instantly.

The camera can record HD video in a variety of resolutions ranging from 1080p, 960p, 720p to WVGA. It also allows users to shoot still photos without interrupting filming. The camera is waterproof to  nine feet.
