BURNABY, British Columbia (BRAIN) — Rob Moore, the director of engineering for Race Face and Easton Cycling, has died at 46, the company said. He died Sunday of an aggressive form of melanoma cancer, surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by his wife Catherine and their three young children.

NEW YORK CITY (BRAIN) — Brompton Bicycle is running a 2-minute ad spot in Times Square. The campaign, the brand's first outdoor ad in the U.S., is aimed at city residents and visitors. The U.K.-based brand opened an office in Brooklyn last year.

PORTLAND, Ore. (BRAIN) — Showers Pass has introduced a line of high visibility cycling-specific jackets that feature integrated LED lights in the cuffs and the back of the jacket.

The light batteries provide about 200 hours of use in flashing mode.
