Polar Bottle Launches Pet Photo Promotion

Published October 30, 2011

BOULDER, CO (BRAIN)—Product Architects, Inc., maker of the Polar Bottle, has announced a new promotion where customers can order insulated sport water bottles customized with photos of their pets.

The company will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Humane Society of Boulder Valley to support homeless and abandoned animals.

The promotion begins November 1 and continues through December 22, making custom photo bottles the perfect gifts for the holidays.

"Giving back to the community is an important part of our company culture," said Judy Amabile, president of Product Architects. "We love animals, and our customers love their pets—so we thought this was a great way to support the efforts of our local humane society, which works so hard to place homeless animals into loving families."

The pet photo bottles cost $20 each, with $5 from each purchase going directly to the Humane Society of Boulder Valley.

The Humane Society of Boulder Valley provides shelter and care to more than 9,000 animals each year, with 91 percent of the animals being successfully adopted or reunited with their guardians—one of the best adoption rates in the nation. The organization takes in animals from the local community, and also has a transfer program where it accepts abandoned pets from other regions, saving thousands of animals from euthanasia each year.

"We think our supporters and adopters will really like these bottles customized with their pets' photos," said Lisa Pedersen, CEO of the Humane Society of Boulder Valley. "We're excited to partner with this innovative Boulder-based company and raise funds to save more lives."

The pet photo bottles are available exclusively through the Polar Bottle online store at www.polarbottle.com/pet-photo-bottle (click on link), where customers can upload their photos and select from several bottle colors. Orders will ship approximately two days after being placed
