Shop Operator / General Manager Path

We are a top-rated e-bike rental and self-guided tour business in Sedona, AZ with 1,700+ five-star reviews in five years. We are seeking a Shop Operator / General Manager-track leader to run day-to-day operations with integrity, authority, and an ownership mindset.

This role is for someone trusted with keys, cash, inventory, staff, systems, and standards. You will open and close as required, ensure bikes are safe, charged, and ready daily, manage parts, tools, and ordering, oversee and develop a lead mechanic, and protect a customer experience that consistently earns five-star reviews.

You must be a fully capable mechanic who can also delegate, lead, and hold standards. Customer-oriented is essential — being a pushover is not. This business runs on clear systems that work; your job is to follow them, enforce them, and improve them over time.

Expect to start six days per week to fully learn and own the operation, with a clear path to five days — and eventually four — as trust, systems, and leadership mature. This is a role for someone who treats the business as a business, not a personal fleet of bikes.

We are looking for someone stable, honest, ambitious, and team-oriented who wants more than a job. For the right person, this role can grow into long-term leadership, bonus participation, and future buy-in / ownership discussions as the business evolves over the next several years.

Compensation:
Up to $80,000/year, based on experience, plus performance bonuses and long-term upside.
