National Sales Manager at Endura Inc.

The NSM will lead the sales team & build out add'l independent sales reps to deliver against sales goals & profit targets. Responsible to deliver long term, sustainable, profitable business through the creation of joint business plans, expansion into new markets/channels.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver Endura commercial strategy
*Lead existing sales team & guide expansion in the US
*Develop/implement sales incentive programs
*Participate in management & growth of the Endura distributor relationships (Americas)
*Build trust w/ national retailers
*Collaborate w/ global commercial team to execute multi-brand sales strategy at multi-category retailers
*Support team in trade terms negotiations ensuring compliance & leveraging value from commercial agreements to deploy brand propositions & drive consumer exp
*Maintain relationship w/ Independent Sales Reps in identified territories
Must haves:
*7-10 yrs cycling or outdoor specialty retail exp
*Ability to travel 40% of the time
*Exp leading commercial teams w/ success achieving sales targets
*Proven track record managing regional accts & delivering results
*Strong communication skills & the ability to lead negotiations & build a persuasive selling story
*Strong influencing skills & exp working in a multi-functional team w/ the ability to influence internal & external shareholders
