Chrome adds branded store in Minneapolis

Published November 5, 2014

MINNEAPOLIS (BRAIN) — Chrome Industries has opened a new brand retail store in Minneapolis, raising the number of Chrome HUB locations to seven.

The new store, which also serves as a factory design center and has an entertainment space for art, music and community events, occupies the storefront at 115 Washington Ave. recently vacated by Handsome Bicycles in Minneapolis' North Loop.

"Minneapolis is consistently thought of as one of the best cycling cities in the country. For more than 20 years we've built solid relationships here with local independent bike dealers that we will continue to service and support. It's a natural progression for Chrome to move into the city and offer the full HUB experience for Minneapolis' cycling culture. It just feels right," said Chrome president Christopher Silverman.

A grand opening party is set for Nov. 15.
