Jenson USA named Google Trusted Store

Published May 24, 2013

RIVERSIDE, CA (BRAIN) — Retailer Jenson USA has been designated a Google Trusted Store, a program that Google launched about a year ago.

The program includes a set of performance criteria for on-time order shipments and a minimum number of issues requiring customer service resolutions as monitored by Google.

“Jenson USA feels very honored and proud that it has achieved a level of customer satisfaction earning us the Google Trusted Store recognition,” said Jenson USA president and CEO Mike Cachat.  “To receive an independent third-party endorsement based on the way we do business from a reputable company such as Google has to be a reassuring reinforcement to our many customers and vendors we do business with daily that Jenson USA is indeed living up to its stated company values of customers are everything.”

Jenson can now use the Google Trusted Store badge on its website, and customers can hover their mouse over the badge to see information about the retailer’s shipping and customer service record, which must remain at or above a 97 percent satisfaction level to retain the recognition.

Cachat said he believes Jenson USA is the first online bike merchant to achieve the trusted store status.

“One of our goals is to be an industry leader and set an example for others to follow. Our success is built upon providing our customers with the highest-quality shopping experience possible.  Having that philosophy confirmed in real-world terms by Google is another important ingredient in attaining total customer satisfaction.”
