Todson Buys Bank Building

Published November 14, 2007

NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA (BRAIN)—Neal Todrys is the proud new owner of a bank, but he won’t be lending money. The owner of Todson is moving his company into an old bank building next month.

Todrys had been looking to buy an office building with character. Todson previously rented its office space.

“We were looking for a place that was different to create a culture for our employees. This is a cool place to be; this has a story to tell,” Todrys said.

Todrys is converting some aspects of the 1923 building, but will retain unique features such as bank vaults to display and store Topeak and OnGuard products. The building features high windows that provide lots of natural light.

The building until three years ago had been operating as a bank. It was leased as office space until Todson purchased it.

Todson will handle customer service out of the new building, which will have space to stock small parts. Its East Coast warehouse will remain in its current location in Foxboro, about 10 miles away from the new building.

Its new address is: 73 North Washington St., North Attleboro, MA 02760. Its 800 number remains the same.
