PHOENIX (BRAIN) — Serfas has hired four new regional sales managers and updated its computer systems as the accessories brand looks to enhance dealer communication and support company growth.

Elizabeth Srejic will cover Serfas' Southeast territory and comes to the company with a competitive cycling background. Brent House, an avid cyclist with 12 years of sales management experience, will oversee the Bay Area, New York City and New Jersey. Lauren Garcia, a recent graduate of Sacramento State University, will work with Serfas' dealers in Los Angeles County. Heidi Jaenicke rounds out the new hires and will cover Southern California.

"Our new hires will reinforce our dealer network as we continue to grow as a company," said Jeremy Griffin, Serfas' national sales manager. "2014 was Serfas' best year ever, and with the added focus of our sales personnel we anticipate an even stronger 2015."

In addition to their new hires, Serfas has updated its computer systems. The new platform will give Serfas' outside rep force access to real-time information, making them more efficient in the field. They will also be able to use an advanced scanner system designed to assist their dealers with inventory management while streamlining the ordering process.
