Bell's Jessica Klodnicki is featured speaker at OIWC's Interbike event

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (BRAIN) — Jessica Klodnicki, the executive vice president and general manager of Bell Helmets and Blackburn accessories, will be the keynote speaker at The Outdoor Industries Women's Coalition annual awards presentation held during Interbike.

Klodnicki will explore solutions to move the industry toward greater gender equity and leadership diversity in the workplace including filling the pipeline, ensuring employees match the customer base, and participation trends in recreational cycling.

Klodnicki is responsible for the Bell and Blackburn brands globally.

Prior to BRG Sports, she served in a variety of senior management roles with leading consumer goods companies. Most recently she was the senior vice president of brand marketing and management for Mizuno USA where she led consumer insights, brand development and integrated marketing across the running, golf, baseball, softball and volleyball categories.

"Jessica is a recognized and respected thought leader among her peers for her work on business sustainability and innovation. In addition, she brings a unique perspective around industry opportunities through her past experiences in the golf and run industries," said Deanne Buck, executive director of the OIWC.

The OIWC's keynote and awards presentation is set for Wednesday, Sept. 10., from 4:30 pm. to 6:30 p.m. at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. It's free and open to all Interbike attendees.
