WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (BRAIN) — Optic Nerve Eyewear has restructured its sales and marketing team, with promotions including a new director of sales, sales manager and communications manager.

Josh Miller, formerly an account executive, moves into the sales manager role, responsible for the internal sales team as well as managing key accounts and sales retention.
