Easton auctioning third Dream Bike for charity

Published November 21, 2013

SCOTTS VALLEY, CA (BRAIN) — Easton Cycling is raffling a custom steel Black Cat road bike as part of its Dream Bike Charity Sweepstakes.

Tickets are available from the Easton Facebook page for $5. Proceeds from the raffle go the charity of the builder's choice. In this case, Aptos, California, framebuilder Todd Ingermanson has chosen to donate proceeds to the Pajaro Valley High School Art Department/ASB Art Club.

The Black Cat is outfitted with Shimano Dura-Ace and Easton EC90 components including Easton's new EC90 Aero 55 wheelset. The winner will be chosen Dec. 2.

The Dream Bike Charity Sweepstakes kicked off in August with the raffle of a carbon bike Calfee Design. The first installment saw nearly 2,000 raffle tickets sold, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefitting Cyclists for Cultural Exchange.
