BOSTON, MA (BRAIN) — BMC has promoted former rep Dan Delehanty to national sales manager in the U.S. He will continue to represent BMC directly in the Northern California and Pacific Northwest territories and also coordinate sales between regional territories and manage BMC’s efforts to increase IBD business, the Swiss company announced.

The national sales manager position is a newly created role at the U.S. office, the company said.

Delehanty has more than 20 years of retail experience in the cycling and automotive industries.

“Dan has done an excellent job growing the BMC and Stromer brands in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest over the last three years,” said Chris McLaren, general manager of BMC’s U.S. office.

“Dan’s understanding of sales trends, IBD retail and his ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships is a great asset to the BMC brand and we’re confident he can bring his knowledge and experience to a national level.”
