BTI holds grand opening for new Santa Fe headquarters

Published July 5, 2013

SANTA FE , NM (BRAIN) — Distributor BTI celebrated its 20th anniversary Wednesday with the grand opening of its new 47,500-square-foot Santa Fe facility.

The new location, which consolidates BTI’s operations from several Santa Fe sites into one location, began shipping orders in late March. In just a few months, it has helped BTI lower its energy costs and speed up order picking times. The new ZIP code also enables BTI to provide better service to dealers in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

The expanded warehouse has created opportunities for BTI to add several midseason product introductions. Joining the BTI family are CST Tires, Soleus GPS computers, Walz Caps and fat-bike tires from Vee Rubber. The company said the new facility allows it to increase its stock levels.
