MEQUON, WI (BRAIN)—The Hayes Bicycle Group said that Quality Bicycle Products will now carry Answer products for the 2011 season.
“We’re very excited to be partnered with the largest distributor of bicycle parts in North America,” said Answer product manager Tom Porter. “We’ve been on a steep growth curve and QBP’s capabilities and reach will put our quality products in front of more dealers and riders everywhere."
QBP has carried Hayes Bicycle Group products for over a decade, distributing Sun’ Wheels, Manitou Suspension, Wheelsmith Spokes, Hayes Disc Brakes and now Answer Products, according to a press release.
“We’ve seen robust growth from HBG brands,” said Tyler Denniston, QBP product manager. “They are selling strong right now and we expect greater success in 2011 and beyond.”
The Answer brand has enjoyed over 300 percent growth in the past year and continues to produce smart valued products. “We’ve focused on a 20 Under a Hundred Program which defines Answer’s product planning bringing smart valued products to market,” Porter said.
The Hayes Bicycle Group includes Hayes, SunRingle, Manitou and Wheelsmith brands.
