Polar Bottle Debuts Online Store

Published November 17, 2010

BOULDER, CO (BRAIN)—Product Architects, Inc., maker of the Polar Bottle, has launched an online store on its Web site to provide a direct sales outlet for its water bottles.

The company is celebrating the store’s grand opening by offering free ground shipping in the U.S. on orders of three or more bottles, according to a press release.

In addition to its insulated sport water bottles, Product Architects also makes a new Half Twist bottle—an innovative bottle that features a patented Half Twist cap fitted with a silicon gasket to prevent leaking and spilling. All versions are BPA- and Phthalate-free and are designed for ultra long life.

The Polar Bottle Web site now sells all models and styles of the Polar Bottle, including 11 versions of the 20-ounce insulated Polar Bottle, 18 versions of the 24-once insulated Polar Bottle, five versions of the Half Twist Stainless bottle, and six colors of the plastic Half Twist Light. Customers can opt to monogram certain bottle styles, or order custom bottles for their businesses, schools, teams, clients or events.

In addition, in anticipation of the festive season, Polar Bottle is also offering an online-exclusive, limited edition holiday bottle, which can be monogrammed for that special someone. It is available in 20 and 24 ounces.

“We offer a lot more bottle colors and styles than I think people know,” said Judy Amabile, president of Product Architects. “The online store gives us a way to offer the full range of our products, and also provides a sales outlet to people who can’t find the Polar Bottle in stores near them.”

The Polar Bottle is currently sold at The Container Store, Dick’s Sporting Goods, L.L.Bean, Performance Bicycle, REI, Sports Authority and numerous independent bicycle dealers throughout the country. Polar Bottle plans to add a “store finder” feature to its Web site soon in order to direct people who prefer to make their purchases in person.
