Primal Wear Taps Truman for New Position

Published June 30, 2010

DENVER, CO (BRAIN)—Primal Wear has repositioned sales manager Eric Truman to the newly created product manager position.

"The cycling industry advances at a very rapid pace, with new technologies emerging constantly," said Dave Edwards, founder and CEO of Primal Wear, in a press release. "In the same way, apparel, new fabrics, new production technologies, new styles and new ideas on the way cycling apparel is viewed are constantly emerging and evolving. As our sales manager, Eric has gained valuable insight into what customers are looking for that will help him in his new role."

Before Truman joined Primal Wear in 2008, he worked in the motorsports industry, and in the highly technical scientific glass industry, in sales, marketing and product development positions.

"We've been known for some pretty wild jerseys in the past," Truman said. "But it's imperative to Primal's growth and position in the marketplace that we deliver not only good looking designs, but also the technically advanced products that are becoming integral to our reputation."

Truman also races for Primal Racing presented by 1st Bank, a top-ranked local amateur team.
