DealerCamp Online Registration Open

Published March 31, 2010

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA (BRAIN)—Online registration for DealerCamp is now open to qualified retailers at surveymonkey.com/dealercamp (click on link).

This intimate mid-summer expo and demo event for bicycle suppliers and retailers will take place July 29–31 at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.

DealerCamp is a prime opportunity to preview 2011 products in a focused setting with outstanding road, cross-country, downhill and urban terrain. The event host—Lifeboat Events—is anticipating 200-250 leading retailers. This manageable format will allow high quality interaction between suppliers and retailers at a key time in the product cycle.

All qualified retailers are welcome to attend. There is no entry fee for the event.

One hundred lucky retail businesses will receive free lodging and a travel stipend to attend DealerCamp. Working with exhibitors, Lifeboat Events has identified 100 retail businesses to invite as part of this Retailer Subsidy Program. The list of subsidized retailers is online at bikedealercamp.com. Invitations to subsidized retailers are going out this week.

“The fact that we’re providing lodging and cash subsidies for select retailers makes DealerCamp a unique trade event in our industry,” said Lance Camisasca, president of Lifeboat Events. “We asked our confirmed exhibitors for targeted retailer lists, which we used to come up with the list of subsidized retail businesses. Of course, we welcome other retailers as well. DealerCamp is going to be an outstanding opportunity for retailers to try out new product and make informed buying decisions.”

Exhibiting opportunities are still available on a first-come, first-served basis. Manufacturers and suppliers can choose from six exhibiting tiers, from 10x10-foot to 20x50-foot exhibit spaces. The expo will be set up in a large parking lot adjacent to the Snow Park Lodge, just outside Park City, with world-class alpine road loops and lift-accessed off-road trails accessible right from the site.

Subsidized retailers will stay at the Park City Marriott, which is just three miles from the expo via a Rails-to-Trails path.
