NORCROSS, GA (BRAIN)—LifeSport Coaching, the Official Coaches of Ironman worldwide, has partnered with Blue Competition Cycles.

"I have been closely watching Blue Competition Cycles and their products for a number of years now,” said Lance Watson, Olympic Gold Medal triathlon coach and president of LifeSport. “Blue listens carefully to athletes, coaches and sport experts, coupling that feedback with their own expertise to continually create and refine new generations of unparalleled performance bicycles. This is clearly demonstrated with their Triad time trial frame. LifeSport shares that same spirit and passion for helping athletes go fast. We are really excited to be partnering with Blue, and putting our athletes on Blue Bikes to give them an competitive edge on the race course."

Blue Competition Cycles are the official bike sponsor for the USA Triathlon, which is the governing body for triathlon, duathlon and other multi-sport disciplines in the United States. Leading cyclists and multisport athletes have ridden Blue bicycles to victory in a variety of events including time trials, road races, elite triathlons and cyclocross. LifeSport’s Pro Team Member, Brent McMahon, recently won the New Orleans Ironman 70.3 on a Blue Competition bike.

“LifeSport is recognized as the worldwide leader in triathlon coaching and we are thrilled that they have chosen to endorse our product,” said Chance Regina, product manager at Blue Competition Cycles. “We look forward to working with LifeSport at events, camps, and in wind tunnel testing with the athletes.”
