J&B's Rodriguez Dies of Asthma Attack

Published July 30, 2008

FORT WAYNE, IN (BRAIN)—J&B's assistant facility manager Tom Rodriguez died of a severe asthma attack on July 20.

He had been a part of the industry for more than 20 years.

Rodriguez had been working for J&B since 2001 at its Fort Wayne, Indiana location.

He started off at J&B Importers as an inside sales representative, enjoying that position as he was able to keep in contact with many of the dealers he had already established contact with at Riteway. Within a few years he became the assistant manager of the facility in Fort Wayne.

"Besides his love of bikes he had many other interests outside of the working day," said wife Alice Rodriguez. "He loved to travel, fly kites, and shoot darts and pool."
