Cervélo Debuts éRide Test Program

Published April 7, 2008

TORONTO, Ontario (BRAIN)—Cervélo’s new test ride program, éRide, debuted this past Saturday at the Redlands Classic in California.

The program will continue across the United States and Canada, making stops at Cervélo dealers and cycling events until the end of July. Click on link for schedule.

The program will offer consumers the opportunity to experience for themselves what the Cervélo ride is all about. Consumers will be able to choose the Cervélo model of their choice for a test ride from the fleet of models available at each of the éRide locations. They will also benefit from the advice and product knowledge of attending Cervélo staff and their local dealer in determining the right model and size for them. Some locations will also feature special workshops.

“We have found that the more educated consumers are, the bigger the chance they will choose a Cervélo. By giving people the chance to interact directly with Cervélo personnel, try our bikes, attend workshops and get their questions answered, we hope to enable people to make a better informed decision,” said Gerard Vroomen, co-founder of Cervélo. “At the same time as our customers learn more about Cervélo, we also learn more about them and will be able to satisfy their needs even better with future models. It’s a true win-win situation.”
