The two new support members include Walter Tate, who brings more than 17 years of experience, including years as the customer service/operations manager for Kestrel Bicycles. The other new support team member is Brian Rawlings, who will work out of his home office in Alamosa, Colorado. He has a solid retail background including managing inventory, network maintenance, customer service, sales and bicycle mechanics. Plus, he's a 4:04 miler and racing cyclist, too.

Joining the content team are Keith Jennings and Brandon Weil, both will work as content/production specialists in SmartEtailing's Longmont, Colorado content office. Both have strong racing backgrounds. Jennings spent last year competing across Europe with the U23 USA road team while Weil was a member of Whitman College's 2006 national championship team.
