The World 24 Hour Mountain Bike Championship will take place September 14 - 16, 2012 in Canmore Alberta Canada. In addition to all the solo categories, new for 2012 is the addition of a "2-person open" and "3-person coed" category. The first world championships took place in 1999 at the Canmore Nordic Centre.
