“Discover your leadership style,” an evening seminar and networking event for women outdoor enthusiasts hosted by non-profit Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition (OIWC).
A panel of local female executives in the outdoor industry will present and discuss their respective leadership styles and the evolution of those styles throughout their careers. In addition, the group and panelists will delve into the pros and cons of each style as well as the strategy behind the various leadership methods. A question and answer session will follow as will an Open House and party.
Local panelists include: Kitty Bradley, Brand Manager of Stonewear Designs; Nicole DeBoom, Founder and CEO of SkirtSports; and Kim Walker, Founder and President of outdoor DIVAS.
