Cycle California! Magazine presents the 13th annual BE-Pro Conference for bicycle event professionals on January 10 and 11, 2014. We are excited about our move to the Silicon Valley Hotel in San Jose, California.
BE-Pro provides an educational forum and networking opportunities for people who produce and promote bicycle rides, races, and tours.
The conference kicks off on Friday, with a reception and expo, an ideal opportunity for event directors to network with seminar presenters, event sponsors, and their colleagues.
Saturday begins with participant check-in, continental breakfast, and expo. The educational presentations will include risk management: what are the risks of running an event, how to plan to avoid them, and insurance to cover the unexpected. Additional topics will be announced soon.
BE-Pro has sold out the last several years. Moving to the Silicon Valley Hotel offers BE-Pro the room to grow. There is space for a larger expo and more participants.
